This page explains how to permanently delete your Voxor account and the data associated with it. Voxor is a voice-to-text transcription service operated by Voxor, and this applies to the Voxor Android app, the desktop apps and the web account alike.
You can delete your account yourself, at any time, in either of these places:
If you cannot sign in, for example because you have lost access to your email or password, email [email protected] from any address and ask us to delete your account. Tell us the email address the account uses. We will verify that the account is yours before deleting anything, and we aim to complete these requests within 30 days.
Deleting your account takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. There is no grace period and no way for us to restore the account afterwards. The following are permanently removed:
Any active subscription is cancelled as part of the deletion, so you are not billed again.
If you own a team, deleting your account also deletes that team. Everyone in it loses access, and this happens without any action on their part. If you want the workspace to continue, transfer ownership or ask us at [email protected] before deleting your account.
You do not have to delete your account to remove data from it. Each of these works on its own, takes effect immediately, and cannot be undone.
If you would rather we did it, email [email protected] from the address your account uses and tell us what to remove. We will verify the account is yours first, and we aim to complete these requests within 30 days.
Two things are kept after your account is deleted. Neither remains linked to your account, because your account no longer exists.
For the full picture of what we collect and how long we hold it, see our Privacy Policy.
If anything here is unclear, or you want to check what data we hold about you before deciding, write to [email protected] and we will answer.
