Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

You may cancel your Voxor subscription at any time. This policy explains what happens when you cancel, how to do it, and what to expect.

2. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription through any of the following methods:

• In-app: Go to Settings > Subscription > Cancel Subscription
• Email: Send a cancellation request to [email protected] from the email associated with your account

3. What Happens When You Cancel

• Access continues until end of billing period: Your subscription remains active until the end of your current paid billing cycle. You will not be charged again.
• Downgrade to Free plan: After your paid period ends, your account is automatically downgraded to the Free plan with limited word usage.
• No partial refunds: Cancellations are effective at the end of the billing period. We do not prorate unused days unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy.
• Data retention: Your transcription history and settings are preserved. You can access them on the Free plan or if you resubscribe.

4. Reactivation

If you cancel but change your mind before your billing period ends, you can reactivate your subscription from the app settings. Your plan will continue as if the cancellation never happened, with no interruption to service.

After your billing period ends, you can resubscribe at any time by choosing a new plan. Your previous data and settings will still be available.

5. Free Plan

The Free plan does not require cancellation. It has no recurring charges. You can use it indefinitely with the included word limit.

6. Account Deletion

Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at [email protected]. Account deletion is irreversible.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
