At Voxor, we want you to be satisfied with your subscription. This policy outlines how we handle refund requests and payment disputes for our voice-to-text transcription services.

2. Subscription Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with Voxor's services, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Within 7 days of initial purchase: Full refund, no questions asked. This applies to first-time subscribers only.
  • After 7 days: Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may issue a full or partial refund depending on usage and circumstances.
  • Recurring charges: If you forget to cancel and are charged for a renewal, contact us within 48 hours of the charge for a full refund of that billing cycle.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • We will respond within 2 business days

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases:

  • The subscription has been actively used for the majority of the billing period
  • The request is made more than 30 days after the charge
  • The account has been terminated for a violation of our Terms of Service
  • Previous refund has already been issued for the same account

5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, please contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. We are committed to resolving disputes quickly and fairly.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in delays and suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated. We actively cooperate with payment processors during the dispute resolution process and provide all relevant transaction records.

6. Fraudulent Charges

If you suspect unauthorized use of your payment method on Voxor, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and issue a full refund for any confirmed fraudulent charges.

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
