By accessing or using Voxor's voice-to-text transcription platform ("Service"), including our Android application, Windows desktop application, and website at voxor.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Voxor provides AI-powered voice-to-text transcription services. Users can speak into their device and receive polished, corrected text output. The Service includes real-time transcription, post-processing for accuracy, transcription history, custom dictionaries, text snippets, and configurable settings.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide a valid email address and create a password to register
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

• Free Plan: Includes limited word usage per month at no cost
• Paid Plans: Offer higher word limits and are billed on a recurring monthly basis
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are displayed in your local currency where supported, or in USD
• You authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transcribe content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service in a way that exceeds reasonable use
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

6. Intellectual Property

• Your content: You retain ownership of all text and content generated through your use of the Service. We claim no ownership over your transcriptions.
• Our platform: The Voxor name, logo, software, website design, and all related intellectual property are owned by Voxor and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

7. Transcription Accuracy

While we strive for high accuracy, transcription output is generated by AI and may contain errors. The Service is provided as a productivity tool, and you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all transcribed content before use. Voxor is not liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in transcription output.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable, uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Your payment method fails and remains unresolved
• Required by law

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voxor and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid to Voxor in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or in-app notification.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
